The Higher Education Authority of Ireland (here referred to as HEA), State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, P.R. of China (here referred to as SAFEA), National University of Ireland, Maynooth, Ireland (here referred to as NUIM), and Peking University, P.R. China (hereinafter referred to as PKU) are the founders of the Sino-Ireland Joint Research & Education center, which was established on 24 Oct. 2008 in Beijing.
The goals for the Centre is push forward cooperations both in research and education aspects. It builds flexible and concrete cooperation platform for Universities, Companies and other related organizations of the two countries. It is one bridge between the two countries.

Scholar and Research Student Exchange Programme!
